My journey into the world of sound and vibration began in 2024, when I first encountered Grotta Sonora in Italy. Experiencing their instruments inside the caves was unlike anything I had ever felt - a deeply moving, unforgettable moment that sparked something within me. That experience inspired me to organize my own retreats, so others could also connect with this powerful work. Since then, I’ve started offering sound sessions using Grotta Sonora’s handcrafted instruments, and I remain passionate about sharing this unique and transformative experience with others. I truly and wholeheartedly believe in the healing power of vibration and the deep shifts it can bring.
VIKTORIA ELIZABET
Viktoria Elizabet is a singer, songwriter, co-organizer, and voice work facilitator devoted to guiding others back to authentic expression through the healing power of sound.
Blending formal vocal training with years of inner healing through Amazonian traditions, her work bridges vocal technique, emotional release, and spiritual connection.
Having overcome deep fears and disconnection from her own voice, she now holds safe spaces for others to reclaim their voice as a source of power, joy, and inner freedom.
IRINA DMITRIEVA
Irina is a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, body-oriented psychologist, and sound & vibration therapist, with nearly 20 years of personal yoga practice and over a decade of teaching experience. During the retreat, she will guide morning yoga and breathwork sessions designed to gently awaken the body, calm the mind, and bring you into deeper connection with yourself and your inner rhythms. Through movement, stillness, and breath, Irina creates a safe and supportive space to slow down, feel, and return to a natural state of balance - in tune with your body and the surrounding nature.

What’s Included: ✓ Full retreat program over 4 days ✓ All sound meditations led in the caves by Grotta Sonora throughout the retreat ✓ All workshops, masterclasses, and playshops with Grotta Sonora's instruments ✓ Guided vocal activation session to awaken your voice ✓ Daily yoga and breathwork sessions ✓ Accommodation in shared twin apartment (2 participants per room) ✓ Two vegetarian meals per day (breakfast & lunch) ✓ Welcome dinner on Thursday evening ✓ Assistance with luggage during check-in and check-out ✓ Optional forest or riverside photo session Please note: The following are not included in the retreat package: ✗ Transfer from Calcata back to Rome after the retreat (we’re happy to assist with arranging shared transport if needed) ✗ Extra night in Rome (if you plan to arrive early) ✗ Dinners (except for our Thursday welcome dinner) |
